Owner: Bill Woodring
Bill Woodring has an extraordinary background in leadership, operations, and real estate, making him well-equipped to own and grow an assisted living business. A West Point graduate and retired U.S. Army officer, he served 33 years in leadership roles across the world, including Germany, Afghanistan, and the Pentagon, earning a Bronze Star for his service. His expertise in strategic planning, team management, and logistics translates seamlessly into overseeing senior care operations, ensuring high-quality environments for residents and staff.
In addition to his military career, Bill has 30 years of real estate experience, including 15 years in Alaska, giving him valuable insight into property management and development. After retiring from the military, he transitioned into assisted living, purchasing his first home in Tucson, Arizona, in 2022. He enjoyed owning his first assisted living home so much that he jumped at the chance to buy The Gardens and continued his goal of growing his business and providing vulnerable seniors with safe, well-managed, and welcoming homes to live in.
A passionate animal lover, Bill enjoys spending time with his dogs and looks forward to embracing the Tucson sunshine while expanding his impact in the assisted living industry.
